Self Doubt and Vulnerability

Doing something for the first time is always nerve racking! As Brenee Brown calls them the FFTs (effing first time) put you in a vulnerability state because you have no idea what to expect. I have always been a plan maker and not just one plan, but plan B, C, and D, so I hate not knowing what to expect. However, I acknowledge that the first time of anything is usually the hardest because of the vulnerability you feel and that being in the vulnerability leads to growth. When I ran a summer camp, we would tell campers on the Challenge Course that when you get to a place of feeling vulnerability, that's when the growth and change start to happen.
