A recent study released by the CDC ( CDC study 2/23 ) shares shocking numbers about the struggle our girls and young women are facing. However it is only a “shock” if you do not have a girl or young woman you are close with. For those of us who live and work with this age group, it’s not a shock at all, unfortunately.
