The Gift of being "Different"

I admire Rachel Simmons a great deal and have learned so much from her that I have used in my professional and personal life. Recently I re-read an article she wrote (https://www.rachelsimmons.com/when-a-learning-problem-becomes-an-opportunity/) and it reminded me of why I am so passionate about empowering those who have been diagnosed with a learning difference, ADHD or any other diagnosis that is considered not in the "normal" range.
